Shipping Policy
We know how it goes — your dog's favorite toy finally ran out, or you ordered a new aquarium filter and you need it soon. We try to get your order out the door as fast as possible, and we keep things simple so there are no surprises at checkout.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders, no minimum, no fine print. Whether you're grabbing a bag of bird food or a full reptile setup, shipping is on us.
Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. We don't process orders on weekends or public holidays, so if you order on a Friday afternoon, it'll typically go out Monday.
During sale periods or high-demand weeks, processing may take an extra day. We'll always keep you posted if that happens.

A Note on Larger Items
Some of our bigger products — like cat poles, reptile aquariums, small animal cages, and dog beds — ship in oversized packaging. These items may take a day or two longer to process due to careful packing. We'd rather take the extra time than have something arrive damaged.
If you're ordering a large or fragile item (like a glass fish aquarium or a reptile heating setup), we'll make sure it's packed securely before it leaves our facility. Delivery times for these items are the same, but tracking updates may be slightly delayed once handed off to the carrier.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use that to follow your package every step of the way. If you don't see the email within 2 business days of ordering, check your spam folder — or just reach out and we'll sort it out for you.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We can ship to P.O. Boxes for standard-sized orders. However, oversized items like cages, aquariums, and cat poles require a physical address for delivery.
International Shipping
At this time, we ship within the United States only. We're working on expanding, if you're outside the US and want to be notified when that changes, drop us a message at the contact page.
