Ordering

We begin processing orders within 1–2 business days. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we're unable to make changes to the items, address, or shipping method.
Pricing
All prices are listed in USD. We do our best to keep pricing accurate and up to date. In the rare case of a pricing error on our end, we'll contact you before processing the order and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Payment
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods available at checkout. Payment is collected at the time of purchase. All transactions are processed securely — we never store your full payment details.
Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. Expedited and overnight options are available at checkout for an additional fee.
Oversized items — such as reptile enclosures, aquariums, dog beds, and cat poles, may require additional handling time due to careful packing. We'll always let you know if your order is affected.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you — and your pet — to be happy with every purchase.
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are:

The following items are non-returnable:

To start a return, contact us at 123-456-7890 or through our Contact page. Once approved, we'll provide return instructions. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever works best for you. No need to return the damaged item in most cases.
Cancellations
Need to cancel? Contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to catch it before the order ships. If it's already been dispatched, you'll need to go through our standard return process once it arrives.
